Graphic Artwork Specifications

Please read carefully the following specifications before submitting your files:

Size and Resolution:

Files need to be created at actual size at 100dpi resolution following the panel specification

with No Bleed ( size and proportion MUST match)

1/2 scale at 200dpi and , 1/3 scale at 300dpi and 1/4 scale at 400 dpi also accepted.

Accepted Formats:

We only accept single layer Bitmap files in the following format:

PSD, TIFF, JPG (high quality 10/12 – low compression)

PDF are also accepted with a color proof

Color Space:

If You need to proffesional output with a photographic color range capable with our 6 color process

Use "AdobeRGB" (save embedded profile)

If your file is already in CMYK use "Photoshop 4 Default CMYK" (save embedded profile)

Accepted Media:

- CD or DVD (single session)

- Zip disk

- LS 20 disk

- Ftp Upload *

*upload file to the FTP site in a folder with your name or your company name

Naming the File:

Please name the file with the name of the display is designed for and his size,

Example: StingDisplay-28x68.tiff

Notes:

The best software to create artworks for wide format printing is Photoshop, Other software can be used but we suggest to check the final art with Photoshop at 100% visualization on each single area to spot errors.

Do not place any text or significant object less than 2” off the edges, to avoid interference with pole pockets and clips.

To avoid confusion send ONLY files needed to produce the job

Raster images must be Photoshop compatible

We request that any submitted "image-ready" file(s) include a black & white or color laser proof for comparison with our output media. If a current proof isn't provided, we will produce one when we preflight your file(s). We charge $20 for this service.

For critical colors please specify Pantone PMS color.

Be aware that Gradients created with Vector software may show banding

All images should be saved at the appropriate resolution. DO NOT resize lower resolution files to a higher resolution.

It Is customers responsibility to make sure artwork files meet all the above requirements, and any modification needed to comply with these specifications will be charged at $80.00 per hour with a minimum of ½ hour.
